Warm up and Stretching

Dynamic & Body weight Only
Start Jumps x 10, gentle but enough to get all four limbs moving
Lunges x 20, body weight + faster tempo
Jump Squats x 10, deeper the better with a gentle jump
Leg Swings, forwards and backwards then left to right x 20 each way
Windmills slow to fast pace x 10
