Deload Deadlifts
Giving this shiz a go today to help "get up" for deadlifts. Busiest week of the year at work! Feeling flat. Have eaten so much to keep energy levels going.
Im not really a preworkout person since Jacked was banned. I doubt this stuff will provide much of a kick after all the Redbull I've had this week!

Layed over a foam roller on the bench prior to benching, I reckon I've lost mobility in my back due to my working environment.
